What is Your Cancellation & Return Policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns. Each piece is uniquely created with great care, making it one-of-a-kind. We kindly ask that you consider this before placing your order, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Thank you for understanding and supporting the artistry behind our work!
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely, but if your order is damaged in transit, we will gladly accept a return. Please email us at twopinkparrots@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will immediately initiate the return process.
Ownership of Artwork — Who Owns The Artwork After It Is Purchased?
All original artwork sold from our shop remains our exclusive intellectual property. When you purchase an original painting, you gain the right to display it in your home or business, but resale or reproduction is prohibited without our permission.
